UNC Charlotte Performing Arts Operations Manager
The Performing Arts Operations Manager is responsible for the operational oversight of all performing arts spaces in the UNC Charlotte College of Arts + Architecture and for maintaining high standards of customer service and safety for all facility users. S/he oversees all performing arts operations interactions with UNC Charlotte Facilities Management, Environmental Safety and Health, building maintenance and cleaning, and facilities rentals (particularly in the summer months). Develop and maintain performance season schedule for Belk Theatre (rehearsal, load in/set up, production, load out/tear down) in collaboration with the Production Manager and Associate Dean. S/he reports to the Associate Dean for Performing Arts and is part of an Executive Team that includes the Audience Services Manager, Production Manager, and Business Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of performing arts management experience and a bachelor’s degree in a performing arts field.
