Apparel I and II, Costume Design teacher

Bachelor’s Degree in education with appropriate subject area. Must have North Carolina certification or credentials to attain NC certification. If you do not hold a NC teaching licensure, upload your official degree dated transcripts, test scores and out of state teaching license (if applicable) to the attachment page on your online application.

Additional Job Information

Teaching one of our school’s majors (Costume Design) through our Theatre department, and executing the CTE curriculum for the CTE-Based Apparel I and II classes. Organizing the school’s yearly fashion runway/student-designers show at the school level, and participation the Trashion show for the Charlotte Community. Strong sewing and design skills. Strong ability to manage sewing classes with multiple projects going at the same time.
