Schedule Talent from ASC's Talent Bureau to bring excitement and culture to your employee campaign. These professional artists are available to enhance your employee campaign throughout ASC's Annual Fund Drive. Just follow these easy steps to book your talent.

Step 2:

Step 3:
Click on the Book This Talent button and fill out all required information. Once you hit submit your form will be emailed directly to the talent you are requesting and they will follow up with you to confirm.

Carolina Raptor Center Carolina Raptor Center More Details Carolina Raptor Center Discipline: Science Description: Carolina Raptor Center can set up a display with two resident raptors, along with props that participants touch (feathers, skulls, etc.). A staff member will be available to answer questions and talk to participants. Rate: $250 for 1-2 hours Notice: Preferably 2-4 weeks, but we can often schedule with 1-2 weeks notice. Availibility: Feb. 24-28 we won't have a lot of availability as many staff members are out of town. Physical Space Requirement: We need approximately 10ft X 10ft of space to set up birds and a table. Technical Specifics: Just a table. Other: We will be bringing live birds. We need at least 30-45 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for break down. We need to be set up against a solid backdrop such as a wall or a row of trees. We need a 6ft to 8ft table for brochures, props, etc. We need to be able to park in a location with easy access to speaking area so that we can unload the birds safely.

Clayworks Clayworks - ceramic art More Details Clayworks Discipline: Visual Arts Description: The Clayworks Outreach Program is a mobile ceramic art program that brings clay classes community-based organizations the Charlotte Mecklenburg area. The Outreach Program will transport everything needed for the class including a highly qualified instructor. The Program enriches the lives of its participants through exposure to the arts, while also encouraging organizations to develop and expand their arts programs. Participants will explore the fundamentals of Handbuilding, learning traditional methods of pinching, coiling and slab building with clay. Participants will build functional and sculptural objects and explore a variety of decorating techniques. Working together, the program staff and the host staff will customize the program to best suit the needs of the participants. Rate: $110 per hour for up to 15 participants. Notice: 2 weeks preferred. Availibility: All dates and times are open. Physical Space Requirement: Tables and chairs, access to water, non carpeted area preferred. Other: We can also host programs at the Clayworks facility.	Joel Kweskin Caricature Artist More Details Joel Kweskin Discipline: Visual Arts Description: Black & white caricature heads Rate: $150 an hour/1 hour minimum Notice: 2 weeks but can respond to last minute events if schedule allows. Duration: 1-3 Hours Availibility: All dates and times are open. Physical Space Requirement: Area needs to accommodate a small card size table and two chairs. Technical Specifics: Need two chairs and small table. Other: I require a small card-playing sized table (or facsimile) and two chairs - one for artist and one for the subject.

Physical Space Requirement: about 5 ft X 5 ft Technical Specifics: If the room is large and it is a stages performance then a microphone and sound system should be provided. Otherwise, no microphone and sound system is needed.	Tom Billotto Solo Guitar & Vocal More Details Tom Billotto Discipline: Music Description: Solo guitar & vocal (can be all instrumental or combination vocal and instrumental); classical guitar, traditional jazz/standards, Latin, Chet Atkins, James Taylor, Beatles. Rate: $150 an hour Notice: I can usually be ready at a minute's notice. Duration: Flexible Availibility: Since I'm a full-time musician, my performing schedule changes daily. But I'm very flexible, particularly in the evenings. Physical Space Requirement: Very litte - perhaps 6 ft X 6 ft. Technical Specifics: Outlet & Chair.
John Alexander John Alexander Group - Jazz More Details John Alexander Discipline: Music Description: Jazz music for corporate events and meetings. The group size can vary from solo saxophone to a duo, trio, quartet, quintet, or seventeen-piece jazz orchestra, depending on the budget, location, and number of guests. Most of the engagements I do for ASC are with a trio, so I will quote for that group size. Rate: Trio: one hour - $250, two hours - $325, three hours - $400. Call for prices for group sizes other than a trio. Notice: Several days to a week would be best, although we have worked on much shorter notice. Duration: 1 - 2 hours Availibility: Depends on the day of the week. Physical Space Requirement: For a trio, 9' x 6' Technical Specifics: Oulet	Kent Dowell Individual or Duet with Violinist(guitar or banjo) More Details Kent Dowell Discipline: Music Description: Can perform quality, tasteful background or program music, ranging from classical (guitar/violin) to bluegrass (fiddle/banjo). As duet or individual, we can set the correct mood for your specific event! Rate: $100 an hour per musician. Notice: One day. Duration: Flexible Availibility: All times and dates are open. Physical Space Requirement: 6 ft X 6 ft Other: I play acoustic, so would only need P.A. in large setting. Can take instrument out in a matter of seconds to begin performing.

Physical Space Requirement: Can stroll or stand - not much room needed. Other: Looking forward to playing!	Bryan Beasley "Violin - Classical or Fiddle" More Details Bryan Beasley Discipline: Music Description: Violin - classical or fiddle. Can be staionary or roam. Rate: $100 an hour/$100-$200 an event depending on time. Notice: at least one week Duration: 15 minutes - 1 hour Availibility: In school M-F, 7am-2:30; not available Thursday afternoon/evening. Physical Space Requirement: about 2 ft square, enough space to stand while holding violin Technical Specifics: Outlet & Microphone only needed if space is large and amplificiation is needed. Other: Bryan has helped with ASC fund raising for the past 5 years. He is very well spoken for a 14 year old. He has played violin since he was 3 1/2 years old. All money Bryan earns from fund raising events is applied directly toward music education.
