The Girl Scouts Hornets’ Nest Council received a Cultural Project Grant to expand the Girls are IT! program. The program uses a mobile technology bus to introduce girls to engineering, science, and technology careers.

“Because of ASC’s Cultural Project Grant, we were able to update our software and keep our bus fitted with the latest technology to excite interest in our participants. The grant support has allowed the Girls are IT! Technomobile to reach hundreds of local girls and expose them to careers in the fields of science and technology,” said Heather Doyle, Program Specialist.
